The Diggity Douglas Method
Remove excess water & blend it with a hand blender
Add PVC glue & mix it together into a mulch
Wait until the paper is fully soaked
Put Toilet Paper in water
Wrap the wire mesh into desired shape & stuff with newspaper
Cut and prepare wire mesh
Add the paper mulch to the tape, covering the entire figure
Cover the mesh with masking tape
Paint the figure to your liking with acrylic paint
Assemble all the separate components
Voilà !
